Can you work with the systems we already use?
We begin by checking the available APIs, access, data and technical constraints. That allows us to define what can be connected and where additional work is needed.
Do we need a complete specification?
No. A description of the process, the people involved and the main difficulty is enough to start the conversation. The detailed scope is developed from there.
How is the project budget defined?
The budget depends on the workflows, integrations, user roles and delivery scope. We first clarify the important requirements so the estimate reflects the work the system needs to do.
What happens after launch?
Maintenance, support and further development are agreed as part of the project arrangement. We define who is responsible for the system and how future changes are handled.
What about ownership and access?
Ownership, source-code handover, hosting access and third-party licenses are defined in the project agreement. We discuss these before development begins.
